What Information do we collect about you?
We collect information about you to enable us to administer your membership when you complete your CrossFit MCI membership application through our membership management system called Wodify. This information may include: Name, Address, Email Address, Phone Number/Mobile Number, Date of Birth and Gender.
How will we use the information about you?
We collect information about you to process your membership application, manage your membership and monitor your performance. We may need to contact you from time to time about your membership using the details you supply to us.
We also ask you to supply a contact in case of an emergency.
We occasionally take photos and videos during our CrossFit® classes for marketing on our Facebook page, Instagram and website. If at anytime you don’t want to be part of a photo or video used for this purpose, please speak to a member of our team.
CrossFit MCI does not share your personal information for marketing purposes with any other company or organisation.
How is your personal information processed?
CrossFit MCI uses a system called Wodify to manage your membership and personal information.
Wodify is based in the United States of America and your personal data may be processed by Wodify outside of the UK.

CrossFit MCI would like to send you information about products and services of ours which may be of interest to you. If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes but we may need to contact you to manage your membership.
