About Us

MCI Health & Performance is located in Bangor, Northern Ireland.

We offer the following programs: CrossFit®, HYROX Training Club, CrossFit® Kids, Weightlifting and Personal Training. We also have, Hair by Briony and Prescribed Coffee on site.

We are affiliated with CrossFit®, HYROX and British Weightlifting. Our coaches are qualified CrossFit® L3, L2 and L1.
